Pub Overview

The Abingdon Arms is a traditional, Grade II listed, Cotswold stone public house dating from the early 1700s. Situated in Beckley, to the north-east of Oxford and not far from Oxford city centre, this affluent village has a highly-rated primary school, and an exciting new village hall is now open.

The Abingdon Arms has a traditional wooden-beamed interior with an integrated bar/seating area and a separate dining facility. It has inviting log-burners, is child and dog friendly, and is frequented by walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and visitors from Oxford and the wider area. The pub has 52 covers delivered from a spacious catering kitchen and there is every opportunity to expand food sales considerably.

Outside, there’s a small front terrace with seating and to the rear a terraced, well-appointed beer garden with around 16 tables and beautiful views across the Otmoor Nature Reserve. There is a private car park for around 15 vehicles plus on-street parking.
