About the Pub -
The Sixfields is a high volume flagship business, and the recent opening generated much local media interest. Situated within Sixfields Leisure, the local area includes several branded restaurants, a large cinema, bowling alley, a gym, hotel and large Sainsburys. The customer base is made up of destination diners, local workers, sports enthusiasts, and local residents. The site is split in half and comprises a large restaurant area of over 150 covers, with another 200 external covers, and an external childrens play area. It is expected this business will serve approximately 2500-3000 covers per week. The other side to the business is a large sports bar, with live entertainment, pool and a 4k ultra HD projector screen. It is adjacent to Sixfields Stadium, home of Northampton Town Football Club, and benefits from the high volume drinking trade you would expect on match days. It is also less than 1 mile from Franklins Gardens, home of Northampton Saints Rugby Club.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to manage the opening and closing of the kitchen, prepare, cook and present food to company specification, keep the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times, maintain accurate food ordering and stocking levels, including kitchen materials, manage all kitchen – related office administration and third-party contractors, assist in delivering financial targets set for the house, manage wastage and train and develop staff.
