We have an excellent General Manager opportunity available at the Fox & Hounds. The Fox and Hounds is a recently invested Mainstream Pub located in the beautifully town of Tadley in Hampshire. The site offers a huge outside area with around 80 covers and around a further 80 covers inside. The venue offers live entertainment on weekend and runs weekly events. Sports are very big for the Fox and Hounds with rugby and football the key drivers.

Role & Responsibilities

As a General Manager you will have overall responsibility for all aspects of the successful management of the business.

With the desire to excel, succeed and win, ideally you will have a clear understanding of high-street / late-night operations and how to drive sales and grow profit in this highly competitive environment. You will be energetic and focused, and able to adapt to the demands of both the food and entertainment elements of the business. With fantastic people skills you will have the ability to lead, motivate and develop your team and engage your customers. Upbeat, efficient customer service, high quality products and exceptional presentational standards are key, so you will need to be genuinely passionate about hospitality and customer service.
