About the role
As a Head Chef at Loch Fyne, you’ll be leading a
fast-paced and exciting fresh-food kitchen - creating
dishes from an extraordinary, varied menu using
some of the finest seafood available. Working with
a dynamic and enthusiastic team brings rewarding
opportunities every day. And with our great training
and the autonomy to run your own kitchen, you’ll
find the perfect mix of having the support and
knowledge that comes with working in a branded
food environment, enabling you to drive excellence

About you
You’ll be an experienced chef that loves cooking
with fresh food in a busy but organised kitchen. As
the Head Chef you’ll be able to lead the kitchen
and inspire the team to deliver exceptional food to
our guests. You’ll be an effective communicator with
exceptional attention to detail.
