F&B Director – Innovative Hotel Group – Canberra, Australia

Location: Canberra, Australia

Salary: Negotiable

Our client is currently recruiting for a Director of F&B role to lead their innovative Hotel Group to the next stage of growth in Australia. Plans for the business to expand across the Hotel & Apartment market with their large property portfolio are in advanced stages.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years previous experience in property management
  • Managing client driven SLA’s as well as internal KPIs designed to drive productivity and efficiency
  • Commercial budgeting and cost management
  • People management, mentoring and coaching in a strategic as well as a practical capacity
  • Ability to analyse data/trends and accurately report information is essential
  • Ability to operate accounting and property software systems

Qualifications and Education

  • Degree level or equivalent qualification
