Chef de Partie - Flanagan's Irish Pub
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Preparation of menu items for all sections, including A La Carte & Bar Menu.
* Preparation of raw materials, salads, and mise en place according to established standards
* Having a good knowledge of the menu items and specials and their preparations
* Maintaining all operating equipment, food hygiene and sanitation at the highest level
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous Chef de Partie experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen
* the ability to run their own station, including mains
* fluency in English
* A natural Yes I can attitude and work well in a team environment
The successful candidate will receive a competitive rate of pay.
