We have now created a number of new roles to ensure that we’ve got the infrastructure in place to accommodate that significant change and ensure that there is plenty of support in place for all our Lessees and Operators
And this is where you come in:
Reporting to the Property Controller, this highly responsible role is accountable for managing the reactive repair, dilapidation and planned maintenance for a region of our Star Pubs & Bars. Using your qualifications in building surveying or facilities management, and with an ability to connect with, coordinate and influence external contractors and customers, your key objectives will be to deliver a great customer experience to our lessees and to ensure that all your stakeholders meet their statutory requirements and are fully focussed on Health & Safety. An annual accident free record is always our desired outcome.

This is a customer service role, you will already know that from working a few years within a similar multi-site retail property environment, our operators are really important to us and the maintenance of their property must be a key priority for all parties.
We will expect a lot from you, but we think you’re the kind of person who will expect a lot from yourself – of course we need to make it worth your while! Salary: £40k - £48k base plus package
