As a Mixologist you will serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our Restaurant and Bar guests. You will also serve beer and wine, make classic drinks and Cocktails and create new recipes for cocktails. You will also serve whisky’s from one of the largest whisky selections in London. Mixologists are also responsible for ensuring that the bars run smoothly and efficiently.

We are looking for an experienced bar staff who can shake the perfect cocktail, deliver a flawless cappuccino and keep guests entertained whilst doing it!
Ideal candidates will have experience in a premium bar service, ideally with cocktail training, have a passion for service excellence, be engaging and be able to welcome and build relationships with familiar guests.
Confident knowledge in spirits and cocktails
Create exciting and innovative Cocktail menus to complement food menus
Lead the team in Mixology and implement training in spirits to aid up selling and staff knowledge
Previous experience in an upscale bar, or similar establishment
Warm, charismatic character and ability to build relationships with guests
Ability to work under pressure
Passion for creating and improving spirit lists and cocktails
