We are currently recruiting for an experienced restaurant manager to lead this busy team in this beautiful multi-faceted restaurant with a difference.
Enthusiasm and drive are essential for this restaurant manager, as this restaurant gets very busy during the main holiday season, on a weekend and at lunch time. The right restaurant manager will be someone who has excellent P+L knowledge and the knowhow to manage a large team. You will have a love for a busy environment and have great front of house showmanship due the affluent clientele this site arracts.

The ideal candidate:
·Has experience in a quality fresh food site

·Experience in managing a large team, back and front of house
·Has experience running a multi-faceted business
