I’m currently looking to speak to experienced assistant managers with a quality premium background for a stunning group of luxury restaurants and inns I’m currently recruiting for that offer excellent fresh food, delicious cocktails and an enviable selection of wines.
This restaurant group offers its clientele an eclectic array of classically British and wonderfully modern food, comprising of a regularly changing and seasonal menu.
Located in a beautiful village near Basingstoke, Hampshire, this pub/restaurant is unique, beautifully presented and has its own individual charm, whilst being sympathetic to the historic architecture of the building.
This assistant manager position would suit an individual with a real love of good wine and spirits, as they help lead the management team in providing excellent beverage service and offer knowledge and advice to both staff and guests. You’ll have an understanding of food pairing and know a thing or two about rustling up a good cocktail, as well the ability to pour a pour a good pint.
Alongside this you’ll undertake all standard assistant manager duties and be joining a well-respected company that offers genuine career progress.
In exchange for your efforts you’ll be awarded a salary of up to 28k (depending on experience) plus a brilliant bonus scheme, and be able to take advantage of an enviable benefits package, with the potential to live in also.
