Platinum Recruitment's Pubs and Bars Division is currently representing a Gastro Pub in Colchester and have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team.
Our client is within a small pub company based across Suffolk. They pride themselves on seasonal fresh produce allowing the kitchen to create a modern British menu. It usually very busy, every lunchtime, evenings and weekends.
As the new Sous Chef you must have experience in controlling kitchens and have a good understanding of GP, stock management and it is also essential you are a team player. You must be able to delegate and take control the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef.
