Sous Chef - Holt - Village Pub - £26,000

Platinum Recruitment's Pubs and Bars Division is currently representing a Fresh food village Pub Dining Pub in Holt and have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team.

The Gastro pub is part of a growing company based across Norfolk. All of the sites are food led dining pubs serving fresh seasonal dishes. This site is one of the newest additions to the group and has already established itself with the local community for great food and brilliant service.

The right candidate will be strong in all aspects in the kitchen with at least 1 years of Sous Chef experience in a similar environment. The candidate will need to be passionate about seasonal cooking and be able to lead the team in the absence of the Head Chef.
