Due to our rapid growth and expansion plans, we are now looking for passionate, committed and ambitious individuals to join our Area Manager team to support our Operators in transforming the performance of each new community pub following investment.

  • No experience in multi site management is required as we have the ability to nurture and develop your skills, however a minimum of 2 years' management experience and 5 years' overall experience within the pub/hospitality industry is essential
  • Personal Licence holder
  • Understanding of what makes a community pub successful
  • Ability to demonstrate how you would deliver sales growth in a pub
  • Flexibility to undertake weekend and evening working
  • Confidence with customer interaction
  • Ability to manage and lead great teams of Operators who deliver great results
  • Be passionate, committed and ambitious
  • Knowledge of our competition


  • £25-30k basic salary plus quarterly bonuses (package up to £42k)
