ABOUT THE ROLE:
Let's picture the scene. Day one at BrewDog. You've blown everyone out of the water at interview stage and you are now our Lead Business Analyst, working in our IT team. Sounds good, right?
What's expected of you? Well, you will play a key role in developing our Business Apps landscape, by helping to implement functionality and business processes which help us work smarter and more efficiently. You will work with business stakeholders to define requirements, plan for change, configure systems and implement solutions. You will help to mentor our Business Apps team, train users and offer system support to the wider business.
The word 'Lead' in the title has never been more true in this role. You lead from the front. Set the standard. Don't take second best as an option. Energise the business with solutions and a can do attitude.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation of Critical Business Process and Systems.
- Next Generation Data warehousing, analytics and reporting.
- Outstanding business wide support.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
BrewDog IT is a small, but perfectly formed team of nerds supporting over 1400 fellow crew, 5 Office Locations, 1 Fulfilment Centre and 85 retail sites! We have a tenacious desire to be the best at what we do. We work closely together to come up with the best solutions and to take the mickey when you delete that table you weren’t supposed to!

You’ll report into our IT Manager, Dave. He’s two years in with BrewDog & has been on an incredible journey. Someone that cares about his team, the wider business and the standards BrewDog must work to.
- Knowledge of An ERP System [SAP B1 Preferred]
- Extensive SQL Knowledge:
- Stored Procs
- Database Design
- Report Authoring: Crystal, SSRS, PowerBI etc…
- Ability to work autonomously and on initiative
- Production Environment Experience
- Mentoring team members
- Inquisitive risk taker
- Knowledge of Business Processes
- Data Warehousing and Analytics
- Object Orientated Programming (C# / .NET)
- Sharepoint [O365]
- Active Directory
- Computing Fundamentals
- Degree or Equivalent Experience
