This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef with a passion for American food to join a growing concept at their site in South London.

Who will you be working for?

An independent group with several American/BBQ venues, they are steadily expanding with several sites locked in for the foreseeable future. They are keen to employ an experienced Chef who has a passion for American dining, BBQ and smokehouses to join them on their new adventures.

What are we looking for?

I am keen to speak to Chefs who will take the Bull by the horns and drive the business forward, assisting the Executive Chef and Head Chef with the running of a busy site training and developing your teams, looking at new and exciting ways to make this business different to the others.
