They have held 1 michelin star for the past 20 years and the kitchen is cooking better than ever so they are looking to push new boundaries.
Chefs at Morston need to have an absolute desire to cook with the best ingredients and bring their own fresh and unique ideas to the table whilst always having a smile.
They are looking to appoint a Sous Chef and Chef de Partie.
