The Fisherman’s Haunt is a beautifully located inn, adjacent to the River Avon in Christchurch. Classic English pub food takes center stage here. We pride ourselves on using the freshest ingredients sourced from local suppliers to make up our varied pub menu. Our highly-skilled team of 4-5 chefs work in the well-equipped & modern kitchen serving the busy 90 cover restaurant and bar. As deputy to the Head Chef, you’ll take full control of the kitchen when they’re away. It’s a great opportunity to make a real impact, and prove yourself ready to step up to the Head Chef role.

A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all be essential for this role. But we’re interested in your personality and potential too – not just your previous experience.
