A great opportunity has come up for a chef who loves working with fresh produce and is looking for a better work-life balance to join this amazing wine bar group based in the City
The operation is Monday – Friday only no weekend work, giving you a great work-life balance, it is currently trading with a weekly turnover on the food of around 5k and a team of 3 chefs - we are looking for a Head Chef who has experience working in similar size kitchens and teams.
The site offers British dishes with a European twist and is looking for a head chef that is happy to work to a menu set by the company executive chefs, using fresh produce.
You will be managing a small team of about 3 chefs and will oversee all stock, rotas orders GP management, the menu is set by the company. T
