We are looking for a chef to work within the team but also independently. A chef who can handle A La Carte restaurant meals to good hotel standard where all the food is prepared onsite. The candidate should be able to work under pressure and keep a cool head, handle multi orders while still ensuring presentation and quality of food throughout. Our menu is fairly traditional however we try to add specials and new options to keep the menu interesting. As a hotel we prepare meals for residents, general public, holiday makers to the Peak District, weddings and events so our menu is diverse. We have an excellent reputation for our wedding and function food and hope to keep expanding our menu choices.
