Event Manager – Exciting new openings - £25,000 + great perks

Position:              Events Manager

Salary:                 £25,000 +

Location:             London

My client is looking for a competent Event manager to organise and operationally run events from start to finish in a very exciting new venue! You will be experienced in both planning and operational skills, ensuring events exceed expectations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a proactive approach to events. You must have a proven ability to run events exceeding all expectations whilst capably representing the company in front of both client, venue and supplier contacts. You will be based both in head office and on site

Most importantly you will be working with an amazing team of people! 

Personal Requirements

  • A minimum of one years’ experience as event manager

  • Skilled in project management

  • Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • The ability to negotiate where needed

  • Natural problem solver

  • A team player with leadership skills


  • Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives

  • Be creative with your suggestions to enhance the event’s success and upsell as appropriate

  • Attend and manage all events a. Fully brief all staff on H&S, the event plan, points of note, special arrangement, roles and responsibilities

  • Take charge of issues arising, managing or delegating to ensure problems are resolved
