This venue is part of a leading brewery, offering great support functions along with excellent training and career opportunities. The menu is based on seasonal core menu items with changing daily specials
We are looking for a proven Head Chef who has good experience in working with fresh produce and skilled with catering for both restaurant and events. You must be a competent manager and able to deliver profitability, consistency and adhere to all required regulations within the kitchen
You must be experienced to take full accountability for the kitchen, managing and developing the team, controlling stocks and GPs and ensuring a constant high standard of food. This can be a busy venue and great organisation skills are required.
Salary is up to 30k with bonuses and great company benefits. Live in can be provided at a small cost if required
