General Manager wanted for this coaching inn at the heart of a bustling country town. The venue has modern bedrooms and traditional pub and restaurant and also caters for events and weddings.

Food is cooked freshly on the premises, traditional pub food done to a high standard with more creative daily specials and event menus.

The venue is a managed property, part of a leading local brewery. The company has great focus on investment and standards, whilst giving managers high levels of autonomy.

Candidates will need to have proven ability at General Manager level and be experienced in running pub, restaurant and accommodation. You must have solid financial skills and be able to deliver to budget and profitability  whilst driving standards.

You will be an inspirational team leader and developer. Customers will be a passion of yours, with the aim of exceeding expectations of all your guests.

You will have a natural drive for sales and the ability to deliver on results and use your own management initiative.

Salary is dependent on experience and ability. Accommodation is provided as part of the package. The company also offers great bonus and benefits along with great stability.
