Who will you be working for?
One of our fastest growing clients is looking to push the boundaries of service within their healthcare sector. This role will see you working 5 over 7 concentrating on public and staff dining and retail concepts. We need someone who is well versed in multiple operations with long standing staff and a keen eye for detail who also excels in results.
Manage a team of 14 to deliver a high-quality service to patients and staff, hospitality and carpark service
The site has a staff restaurant, patient feeding in a large private hospital.
You will have to ensure food is delivered in a clean safe environment ensuring all areas of safeguard, EHO and policies are adhered too.
Manage all aspects of staffing and ensure the smooth running of patient and staff feeding. Liaise with client to ensure all requests are completed within the required timeframe.
