Salary: up to £27,000 + Live in!
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen at this beautiful boutique hotel and restaurant, a few miles West of Oxford in the Cotswolds.
The food itself is of an incredibly high standard with the restaurant be accoladed with a 1 AA rosette, with produce sourced from local suppliers where possible, using heritage breeds and varieties of fruits and vegetables.
Their ideal Sous Chef should:
- Have recent senior kitchen experience within a fine dining kitchen – ideally to a rosette standard
- Positive, approachable “can do” attitude
- The ability to lead a busy kitchen team and keep a cool head under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of health & hygiene practices, and able to train and coach junior members of staff
- Be passionate about food and able to share this passion with your brigade
In return you’ll be offered a competitive salary up to £27,000 + the option to live in on site. As this venue is part of an exclusive hospitality group, you’ll have the opportunity to grow and develop with the company.
