Head of Marketing – Dark Kitchen Business

Central London – £50,000 - £60,000

The Role:

This role is for a very hand on Marketing candidates helping to develop operations across our client’s different markets inclusive of the UK and Europe. You will report directly into the CEO and take complete ownership of the marketing of the business. This is about scalability and the disruption of the industry – you must share their vision, be prepared to put the graft in and understand a start-up environment and be able to pull things together without a central support. This is very much an Implementation role rather than a strategic position with the management of a number of agencies inclusive or PR, Digital and Creative.

What will you be doing?

  • Oversee campaign planning, development and accurate execution.
  • Oversee agency management for key campaign led projects
  • Building a team – hiring a team of specialists to ensure efficiency across the marketing organization
  • Running ad-hoc marketing analysis
  • Ensure the proper assets are developed to support global and local marketing campaigns
  • Insights - Measure and monitor campaign and asset performance; optimize content to increase overall performance
  • Setting-up analytical reports

The Person:

  • Min of 5 years’ experience, you have developed a holistic understanding of all marketing functions
  • Happy to work on all marketing functions
  • Worked previously in e-commerce, direct to consumer brands
  • Proven managerial skills, highly analytical and organised
  • Excited by start-up culture and development
  • Passion for Food
