Head Chef wanted for this busy country pub and restaurant with beautiful bedrooms.
The venue is popular with locals as well as the many visitors to the area. They have an all day food operation at weekends and are open daily for breakfast and also cater for a variety of small bespoke events.
The menu is all created freshly on site using dishes from the extensive company menu bank.They use an award winning butchers and support using local producers and suppliers where ever possible. The pub is part of a regional brewery company and the Head chef would work with the GM and Exec Chef in menu design.
As an Head Chef in this thriving pub you will:
Need similar background in a previous role with strong fresh food experience
Have excellent kitchen management skills
Be able to communicate with and motivate team members
Essential to have a ‘Can do’ attitude
Ability to deliver consistent high standards and an organised kitchen operation

Salary up to 30k depending on experience along with annual bonus and great company benefits
Full eligibility to work in the UK is essential. Due to location your own transport will be essential.
