Marketing Manager- London - £50,000

As Marketing Manager, you will need a hands-on approach, attention to detail and be comfortable at communicating at all levels.  A ‘fresh thinker’ from a strong Marketing background is required within the Hospitality or Leisure sector to be suitable for this role.

Duties of the Marketing Manager:

  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • To develop and lead the brand projects and retail promotional marketing activity calendar, seeing ideas through from concept generation to production and implementation, ensuring a consistent brand image and message at all times.
  • To proactively contribute to the sales building programme
  • To ensure that the marketing fund is spent effectively and within agreed parameters
  • To coach and develop the marketing and retail team direct reports.
  • A large part of the role is being in the unit and providing support to the managerial team

Requirements of the Marketing Manager role

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Experience in ecommerce, ROI, CRM, Email marketing, and so on
  • 3+ Years in a similar position
  • MUST have some hospitality experience
