ROLE/REQUIREMENTS: The Chef at the Blue Ball is looking to boost their successful team with the addition of a junior Sous. The group is proud of it's reputation where everything is prepared on site using the best ingredients, local where possible using carefully sourced suppliers. Your role will be to assist the head chef and his team in all aspects of the kitchen including training, gross profit margins, stock control and hygiene.
