Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (dependent on experience)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for 2 enthusiastic and motivated CDPs to start immediately at one of North London’s most popular destination gastropubs.
This restaurant prides itself on offering drinks and specially crafted cocktails within a relaxed and laid-back environment, whilst serving a seasonal, locally sourced menu. This means the whole team can be creative and have input into what’s served each day.
Meat is sourced from some of the best farms in the UK and is butchered on-site, so it’s the perfect opportunity for a chef de partie who wants the opportunity to expand their skill set in learning how to butcher and break down whole animals.
Their ideal Chef de Partie should:
- Have steady experience working at Demi Chef/Chef de Partie level within a busy, fresh, high-end restaurant environment
- Positive, motivated, “can do” attitude with a desire to learn
- Good knowledge of health & hygiene practices,
In return, they are offering a competitive salary up to £27,000 (dependent on experience), a fantastic working environment, and the opportunity to develop your culinary skills across all aspects of the kitchen – from butchering whole animals to making home made breads and butter!
