Who will you be working for?
A popular gastro pub who pride themselves on using fresh, seasonal products with a menu that changes regularly throughout the year. The food is distinctly Modern British with a European twist with ingredients that cooked simply but to the highest standard.
What are we looking for?
A motivated and experienced Sous Chef with a passion for good food and ingredients who can help support the Head Chef in leading a busy kitchen brigade. Ideally you should also be creative and enjoy helping develop regularly changing menus whilst training and developing the junior members of the team.
- Previous Sous or Snr CDP experience within a high-end gastro pub or restaurant kitchen
- Be passionate about food and willing to share this with members of your team
- Have excellent knowledge of food safety and food allergens
- Excellent knowledge of stock control, gps and all areas of kitchen management
- Have excellent communication skills
