This is a truly fantastic opportunity for a creative Sous Chef to help support the Head Chef in leading the team at one of London’s most premier immersive entertainment and bar concepts.
This entertainment and hospitality group are at the forefront of creating amazing guest experiences based on creative themes to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience.
In addition to the beautiful themed surroundings, guests are taken on an explorative journey with handcrafted cocktails and delicious small plates to enhance the whole experience.
As the Sous Chef for this brand-new venue, you’ll not only need to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, but you’ll be able to let your creative juices flow by coming up with fresh, high-end menu concepts.
Their ideal Sous Chef should have the following requirements:
- Previous Sous Chef or Snr CDP/Jnr Sous experience within a restaurant or events venue
- Be excited about food with a real passion for cooking
- Have excellent knowledge of culinary and food hygiene practices
- Be able to train and develop junior members of the team
- Be creative and have knowledge of up to date cooking techniques and trends
