Salary: up to £30,000 (inclusive of service charge)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef with a hotel background to support the Head Chef at this stylish boutique hotel based in central London.
This hotel operates two outlets - a relaxed bar/lounge and an a la carte restaurant offering classic Modern European cuisine. In addition, the kitchens look after all in-room dining and popular conference and banqueting facilities.
Their ideal Sous Chef should:
- Have recent Sous Chef kitchen experience within a 4 or 5* hotel environment
- Eager to contribute to menu development and creation
- Be able to manage and train a busy kitchen brigade, sharing your knowledge and passion for food
- Have excellent knowledge of health & hygiene practices
- Go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction every time
They are offering a competitive salary up to £30,000 (dependent on experience) and the opportunity to develop and grow within an independent hotel group in the heart of the capital!
