HEAD CHEF WANTED FOR A REPUTABLE 2 ROSETTE RESTAURANT IN BRIGHTON
Rock recruitment our working with one of Brighton's finest seafood restaurants, known for its iconic views and incredible food offerings.
Our client has a number of menu's including an al carte menu, afternoon tea menu, and seasonal lunch menu. Each of which changes depending on the time of year.
This venue has a number of accolades and has been voted one of the top 100 restaurants for 2019 and is one of Brighton's leading restaurants to date.
As the head chef you will be in charge of the day to day running of this incredibly busy restaurant, including stock control, rotas, training of staff, attiring to food hygiene etc.
To be the head chef you need to have proven previous experience working in a similar position and of worked in a rosette establishment or similar.
As the Head Chef you need to be :
- Knowledgeable in Seafood
- Confidence in running a kitchen during service
- Have a proven track record in growing kitchens
- Enjoy building kitchen brigades
- Have an ability to train and develop staff
- Level 3 food hygiene
- Profit and loss knowledge
In return you will receive :
