Located right on Twickenham Green the Prince Blucher is perfectly located to be at the very heart of the community. This lovely pub caters for all needs. Owing to its proximity to both the main Twickenham Stadium and smaller Stoop, it benefits from both pre and post-match trade and is known locally as a great place to watch the game and is equipped with both BT currently and Sky sports from August ‘19. With a large covered area and an outside bar and BBQ, it is perfectly equipped to make the most of both the summer trade and spikes during Twickenham Rugby and music concerts.

The residents are spoilt for choice when it comes to pubs in the local area. As such, the General Manager needs to stay one step ahead of the game, always ensuring that service is faultless, every pint is poured perfectly and the food, drink and events offer are constantly fresh and exciting. The pub is a popular venue for smaller private hire events and a small private dining room is perfect for corporate hire or intimate celebrations. Owing to peaks in trade, experience in a sports led or seasonal business or the ability to be able easily flex to accommodate the increase in footfall would be beneficial. Integrating with the local community and Twickenham businesses will be essential is continuing to grow the Prince Blucher.

This is a live in opportunity and would be perfectly suited to existing GM looking for a new challenge in a lovely community business.
